Returns
We offer 30 days return/exchange. We are extending the period for gifts so that it applies from the day the gift is given :) To make a return/exchange or for more infromation cklick here
Register your return on our return page
it can take 7-9 working days from sending the return package until it has been received and processed. Refunds can take 3-10 banking days depending on the bank and payment method.
Ordering
As soon as your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via email
You can also track it in the "PostNord" app.
Estimated standard delivery times under normal conditions:
Sweden: 1-4 business days
EU: 2-6 business days
US/Rest of World: 3-11 business days
Contact us if you want to cancel your order.
Please note that orders that have been processed and shipped can not be cancelled. When the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
If you have requested a cancellation after the order has been shipped, you must return it for a refund instead.
